We collect account details such as names, email addresses, tutoring needs, tutor application details, booking history, messages sent through the platform, and payment-related records needed to run the service safely and professionally.
We take children’s safety seriously. Where services are provided to minors, data should ordinarily be submitted by a parent or guardian. Tutors are expected to maintain DBS and safeguarding requirements before active tutoring.
Your data is stored using Supabase and protected through encrypted connections, authentication controls, and role-based access where possible. We limit access to authorised Tutors2Go operations only.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection in relation to your personal data. You may also complain to the ICO if you believe your rights have not been respected.
We retain account and booking records only for as long as reasonably necessary to run the platform, meet legal obligations, and manage disputes or financial records.
